An email address when you sign in; billing details handled by Stripe (we never see your full card number); standard server logs (IP address, user agent) for security and rate limiting; browser-local preferences (theme, layer settings, and alert destinations); and a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in. The contact form collects the details you submit so we can answer you.
We don’t sell or rent personal data, run third-party advertising trackers, or build profiles beyond what the product needs. If you paste an Anthropic API key into the analyser, it is stored in your browser’s local storage and passes through our server only to make the requested Anthropic API call; we do not store it.
Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional and contact email), and Anthropic (AI generation over signal text; a user-provided API key is relayed as described above). Each processes data under its own terms and safeguards.
Account and billing records are kept while your membership is active and as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations afterwards. Saved workspaces and workspace-share links are stored in Vercel Blob; anyone with a share link can read the shared layout, including notes you chose to include. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer and handle the request. Account deletion removes current saved workspaces and associated share links, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict our processing of it, using our contact form. If you are in the UK/EEA you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
